Indications thérapeutiques :

  • Anesthésique général par inhalation, utilisable en induction et entretien, chez l'adulte et l'enfant.

Contre-indications :

  • Hypersensibilité aux agents anesthésiques volatils.
  • Hépatique,
  • Ictère,
  • Fièvre inexpliquée
  • Antécédent sd'hyperthermie maligne.
  • Une éosinophilie après administration d'un anesthésique halogéné.

Effets secondaires :

  • Des nausées des vomissements après l'opération.
  • Fièvre élevée.
  • Diminution du rythme cardiaque,
  • Diminution de la pression artérielle.
  • Troubles du rythme cardiaque
  • Des frissons
